Reliable Corrosion Protection for Metal Components
Electro-galvanising followed by chromate coating is the most frequently used and most cost-efficient process for reliable corrosion protection for metal parts. Zinc layers can be deposited using acid and alkaline processes. The finishing treatment of the zinc layer using different chromate and top coats ensures good to very good corrosion protection results.
Advantages
Uniform layer thickness distribution Ductile layers (can be flanged) Reliable and cost-effective Surface chromate coating in black, yellow, blue and transparent possible Different top coats possible
Besides chromate coating, we also offer chrome-VI-free passivation for zinc systems.
